📋 Description

• Design, estimate and implement medium/high complexity solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, priorities.
• Propose improvements and escalate risks/issues in development.
• Review work of development team members.
• Learn and apply new technologies, practices, and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Python software development.
• Capital Markets or Financial Services experience.
• Strong OOP and functional programming understanding.
• Django REST, Flask or FastAPI; PyCharm/Jupyter/VS Code.
• SQL databases; Git; testing/mocking frameworks.
• CI/CD and at least one cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
