Senior Python Engineer (Data)

📋 Description

• Deliver high-performance APIs with a focus on speed and reliability, utilizing FastAPI to serve
• Deploy and manage cloud-native services using strong AWS knowledge and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Leverage Kafka to deliver near real time data to our machine learning models, other teams, or
• Use AI throughout the software development lifecycle - we are continually evolving our working
• Implement robust testing frameworks and system designs to maintain high code quality and service
• Enhance the observability and performance monitoring of our production services and platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Python backend development, including building and maintaining
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain data-intensive applications and infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of AWS services and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (such as AWS
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience working alongside data scientists in the "PyData" ecosystem (Numpy, Pandas) is desirable.
