Senior Python Engineer, DataFeed Team

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Python services for sports data ingestion and distribution
• Integrate with third-party sports data providers and normalize formats
• Build reliable pipelines for near real-time and batch processing
• Improve data validation, monitoring, and replay tooling
• Work on domain models for events, markets, odds, scores, and teams
• Collaborate with backend, product, QA, and platform teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of production Python experience
• Designing and operating backend services in production
• Solid Django experience with asyncio
• Production experience with Apache Kafka
• Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL expertise
• Experience integrating with external APIs and feeds
• Ability to reason about data correctness and edge cases
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
