Senior Python Engineer, Integration

📋 Description

• Take ownership of backend features from design to deployment and production support
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services with Python and Django
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems, including KYC, geolocation, and payments
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver new integrations
• Implement observability across integration flows (monitoring, logging, alerting)
• Write unit and integration tests to improve reliability and coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Python development with API and system integrations
• Experience with third-party APIs, webhooks, idempotency, and failure handling; payments/KYC a plus
• Experience with observability tools to monitor production integrations
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and concurrency
• Experience architecting highly loaded, scalable solutions
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and monitoring
