📋 Description

• Build Manychat for Brands from the ground up for campaigns with creators and data.
• Ship to real design partners in early weeks; fix issues directly with users.
• Own problems: observability, migrate from fragile infra, cut PHP deps, auth.
• Define how things get built; set patterns for next engineers.
• Shape product with PMs and leadership as it evolves; your calls move product and code.
• Scale production infra to serve millions of users from day one.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building backend systems in Python.
• Deep FastAPI experience (or similar modern framework)—designing services and data models.
• Experience designing systems and defending trade-offs: boundaries and timing.
• Experience building for real load; know what breaks at scale and how to avoid it.
• Comfort operating before a clear spec, helping shape the product.
• A track record of working directly with product and partners, making calls, and tracking metrics.
