📋 Description

Take full ownership of backend features end-to-end
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python/Django services
Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of Python development
Strong Django and asyncio experience
Architecture design for highly loaded, scalable systems
PostgreSQL experience: complex SQL, migrations, tuning
Redis for caching and state management in distributed systems
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
