Senior Python Software Engineer - AI

📋 Description

• Craft client code that is efficient, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
• Ensure code security via SCA and remediation through triage, prioritization, and verification.
• Provide status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods/tools.
• Gather requirements, validate with the team, and create and maintain documentation.
• Design and implement scalable AI workflows using LLMs, focusing on reliability and observability.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Python and distributed systems.
• Own features from design through production deployment with minimal supervision.
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and solving ambiguous challenges.
• Expertise with Git source control tools (GitHub, GitLab or others).
• Expertise with Python package management (UV, Conda or others).
• Experience with unit testing (Pytest).
• Experience with Docker containers, and orchestration with Kubernetes and AKS.
• Intermediate design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
