Senior QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the E2E test suite across products with Playwright (TypeScript).
• Backfill and prioritize coverage by closing high-risk gaps.
• Kill flakiness; establish quarantine and retry policies.
• Shape CI integration with DevOps on tests in the pipeline.
• Test at the right layer: API/integration vs browser for speed.
• Enable the team: coach developers and establish patterns/docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in quality engineering, test automation, or software engineering with automation focus.
• Deep hands-on Playwright expertise; built and maintained substantial E2E suites.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency; production-grade test code.
• CI/CD fluency; experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.
• A track record of fixing flakiness; diagnosing and eliminating unreliable tests at scale.
• Independence and teaching instincts; ownership and mentoring experience.
