Senior QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on testing, automation, backend validation, API testing, database testing, and exploratory
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and quality teams to improve testability.
• Build and maintain robust automated test suites for new and existing functionality.
• Influence engineering practices and raise software quality beyond the immediate team.
• Collaborative, remote role in a fast-moving environment with ownership and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years as QA tester/engineer in Agile software development.
• Experience developing test strategies, scenarios, and detailed test cases.
• Extensive backend testing via REST APIs, queues, databases, and frontend interfaces.
• Strong SQL with experience in DBeaver, SQL Server, or MySQL Workbench.
• Git proficiency; cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with EKS, RDS, SQS, API
• API testing/docs tools: Swagger, Bruno, Postman; JavaScript test scripting.
