Senior QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, document, and execute manual test plans and cases for web and API
• Develop, extend, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites
• Collaborate with clients’ QA teams, partners, and cross-functional teams for feedback
• Triage, track, and report defects; drive timely resolutions with eng teams
• Identify gaps in test coverage and propose quality improvements
• Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations clearly in English

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with a focus on manual testing
• Proven track record building and maintaining automated test suites
• Deep understanding of QA fundamentals: planning, tracking, metrics
• Excellent English communication; writing clear bug reports; distributed discussions
• Self-motivated, collaborative; works well with minimal supervision
