Handle daily client change requests, version upgrades, capacity mgmt, and standardization.
Perform testing: functional, regression, integration, API, and IVR flow.
Design, create, and execute test cases and scenarios.
Validate API integrations using SOAPUI, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
Test end-to-end client portal builds and web apps.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution.
