Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

📋 Description

• Improve the customer experience via quality initiatives and cross-functional work.
• Sustain earnings by meeting COPQ warranty targets through proactive mgmt.
• Champion AI adoption to automate repetitive quality tasks.
• Drive COPQ reduction by analyzing complaints and warranty trends.
• Drive RCA via 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA with suppliers and engineering.
• Partner with Design/Manufacturing to define process parameters and validate supplier capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or Materials.
• Strong root cause analysis and CAPA management.
• Proficiency with measurement tools and reading schematics.
• Knowledge of 8D, 5-Why, DFMEA/PFMEA, SPC; ISO 9001.
• English communication; US work authorization; SolidWorks preferred.
