Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the customer-supply loop; translate field failures into root causes and actions.
• Improve Perfect Order Index via targeted quality initiatives and cross-func collab.
• Drive COPQ reduction and warranty targets via proactive quality management.
• Lead RCA using 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA with engineers and suppliers.
• Implement QMS policies on the floor; support audits and factory tests.
• Collaborate with Design/Manufacturing to define process parameters and validate capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Available to work min 3 days in-office in Logan, Utah.
• 3+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or Materials.
• Strong root-cause analysis and cross-functional facilitation.
• RCA methods: 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA.
• Read schematics; use calipers, multimeters, and measurement tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: SolidWorks; 3Dconnexion SpacePilot; SPC; Six Sigma; ISO 9001.
