📋 Description

• Implement QA strategies with the Product Development Manager; improve testing efficiency.
• Design, develop, and execute testing frameworks aligned with standards; ensure timely delivery.
• Lead automation frameworks; adopt tools to improve testing and quality.
• Liaise QA with development and product teams; align with Architect.
• Foster culture of quality; mentor team members.
• Drive QA process/tool improvements; stay updated on industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related; Master’s preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
• 7+ years in IT with testing strategies, methodologies, and automation.
• 4+ years of leadership in QA roles, leading high-performing teams.
• QA automation frameworks/tools: Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete; languages: Python, Java, C#.
• Comfortable with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
• Advanced project management; delivering projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across functions and external partners.
• CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
