📋 Description

• Lead unit and characterization tests for ported C++ vs legacy.
• Develop and maintain test automation; coordinate UAT and DevOps.
• CI/CD: enforce quality gates; 100% golden master; <10% perf regression.
• Characterization targets: ≥3,200 tests; ≥80% coverage.
• Meet NFRs: 7k–8k TPS; latency <5ms.
• Validate IPC, Redis L1/L2 caching, and Node Manager state transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT testing experience.
• Automated testing for Java and C++.
• Java 21 proficiency; HA/HP systems.
• Golden Master Testing and characterization test creation.
• AI-assisted test generation and automation with profiling.
• Telecom protocols SS7 and Diameter domain knowledge.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins and performance baselines.
• Debugging skills; log analysis and pattern detection.
