📋 Description

• Lead quality strategy for a Smart TV program ensuring reliability and performance.
• Set test strategy; design test plans and automated scripts; perform manual testing.
• Coordinate with firmware, product, and other teams to keep releases on track.
• Drive AI-powered tool adoption; mentor team and raise QA standards.
• Represent QA in cross-functional forums; own release-critical projects independently.
• Build AI tools/agents to streamline QA testing and accelerate ramp on new code.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of test automation development experience.
• 5+ years of experience writing and executing QA test plans for consumer electronics.
• Strong skills in formulating test strategy, designing test cases, and automated regression tests.
• Experience with Python and Linux; experience with various testing techniques.
• Hands-on fluency with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot; describe multi-tool QA workflows.
