Senior Quality Assurance Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Own QA strategy and release readiness for a product area.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure coverage.
• Lead test planning, execution, and automation strategy.
• Mentor QA engineers and improve QA processes and tools.
• Guide teams through complex releases and changing priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on QA: functional, integration, regression, exploratory, release testing.
• Experience leading QA for a product, project, or engineering team.
• Strong test strategy, risk-based testing, impact analysis, defect management.
• Practical web and API automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test maintenance.
• Collaborates with PMs, devs, leads to resolve quality and delivery concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience; preferred.
