Senior Quality Control Engineer – Analytical Methods

📋 Description

• Interface with Design Eng, Manufacturing Eng, Supply Chain, and Ops to identify needed analytical methods.
• Build and document end-to-end development workflows for new analytical methods.
• Maintain and improve training for new analytical methods across sites.
• Partner with Lab Manager to diagnose instrument excursions and maintenance issues.
• Technical lead for root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment
• MSA, sampling plans, hypothesis testing, and calibration expertise
• 8D problem solving and stats: DOE, Cpk, Ppk
• Dynamic, fast-paced work style with strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• ISO9001/ISO/TS16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC experience a plus
• Bachelors in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree a plus
