Senior Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and track quality metrics for critical domains.
• Design built-in quality strategy (shift-left, contract testing, synthetic monitoring).
• Own ticketing pipeline; triage issues and escalate as needed.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted quality tools for test generation and analysis.
• Audit and expand automated test coverage across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end.
• Refine production testing practices (canary releases, synthetic transactions, dashboards).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with quality metrics and holistic quality.
• Strong CI/CD, version control, APIs, and large-scale web apps.
• Experience applying AI tools to test planning, triage, automation.
• Proven ability to lead quality-focused programs across teams.
• Clear communication with proactive collaboration and ownership.
• Hands-on with Atlassian and logging/observability.
