Senior Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Own Incoming Quality Control (IQC) including inspection planning and sampling
• Build and implement a right-sized Quality Management System (QMS) for a fast-paced hardware org
• Inspect high-precision components: tight-tolerance machined parts, PCBAs, RF hardware
• Establish and manage Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and CAPA processes
• Lead supplier quality, drive vendor accountability, and resolve quality issues
• Define and track key quality metrics and support New Product Introduction (NPI)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering/Quality Management in hardware or advanced manufacturing
• Strong experience with precision machined parts, PCBAs, RF hardware (preferred)
• Experience building or scaling quality systems in startup/low-process environments
• GD&T, tolerance analysis, inspection methodologies
• Root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, etc.)
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, tech specs
