Senior Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Be the main point of contact between Program Management, Design Teams, Test Engineering, Supplier
• Play a fundamental role in supporting the setting up of procedures, instructions, and processes
• Lead Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and guide teams to create quality documents including
• Develop Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC), and outgoing Quality
• Be responsible for driving NCMR and CAPA to closure
• Hold MRB (Material Review Board) meetings with key stakeholders to determine the disposition of

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of NPI and sustaining engineering experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced startup environments
• Proficiency in GD&T standards, mechanical tolerance stack-ups, and statistical analysis (e.g.
• Thorough understanding of QMS, NCMR handling, and driving SCARs/CAPAs to resolution
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
