Senior Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee in-process build verification, issue ticket workflows, as-built verification, and
• Establish project goals, priorities, and completion criteria for quality programs.
• Develop and improve quality processes; create corrective action plans and standardize rework/repair
• Support the AS9100 QMS by collaborating with the QMS team on policies and procedures for Test and
• Collaborate with Test and Launch, Manufacturing, and Hardware teams to resolve quality issues and
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, investigate root causes, and recommend quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 7+ years in quality engineering or related manufacturing quality role.
• Experience applying engineering principles to analyze issues, assess risks, and support corrective
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication of findings, risks, and actions to cross-functional teams and leadership.
