Senior Quality Engineer, Advanced Hardware Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Be the main Quality contact across PM, design, test, supplier quality, corporate quality, and manufacturing.
• Set up procedures to align with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
• Lead PPAP; create PFMEA, Process Flows, and PSWs in ETQ/Jira/3DX.
• Develop IQC/IPQC/OQC requirements and metrics.
• Document testing activity with Test Eng and develop end-of-line test process.
• Collaborate with engineering, metrology, and manufacturing to define performance requirements and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing/design quality for serialized electromechanical lines.
• Thrive in fast-paced, startup-like env; risk-based decisions.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and QC fundamentals.
• Proficient in Minitab or similar statistical analysis.
• Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings using GD&T.
• Self-starter with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
