Senior Quality Engineer, Cell Assembly

📋 Description

• Own and drive quality processes for cell assembly, incl. PFMEAs and Control Plans
• Lead change management and process development experiments in cell assembly
• Review PFMEAs and Control Plans to reflect changes and lessons learned
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing quality issues
• Drive continuous improvement with Design/Manufacturing Eng and suppliers
• Lead SPC to reduce variation on high-automation, high-volume lines

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10 years of quality engineering in manufacturing (P3–P4)
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials science; advanced degree a plus
• S olid experience with SPC, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
• Strong aptitude with electronic test/measurement systems
• DOE and statistical skills (Cpk, Ppk); ability to read drawings
• JMP, R, and Minitab for data analysis
