Senior Quality Engineer, Cell Assembly

📋 Description

• Own quality processes for cell assembly; PFMEA, Control Plans, and tests
• Lead change management and process development experiments in cell assembly
• Review PFMEAs and Control Plans to reflect changes
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
• Drive continuous improvement with Design/Manufacturing Eng and suppliers
• Lead SPC activities to reduce variation on high-automation lines

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10 years of quality engineering in manufacturing (P3/P4)
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus
• Solid experience with SPC, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
• Strong aptitude with electronic test/measurement systems and reading drawings
• Proficiency with JMP, Minitab, and R for data analysis
• Experience in high-automation, high-volume manufacturing; welding knowledge preferred
