Senior Quality Engineer, Electrode

📋 Description

• Own and drive quality processes for electrode manufacturing (Control Plans, PFMEAs, tests)
• Lead change management for process development experiments: mixing, processing, heating, curing, web handling
• Review and revise PFMEAs and Control Plans after changes/lessons
• Identify and resolve manufacturing quality issues (root cause analysis and corrective actions)
• Drive continuous improvement with Design/Manufacturing Eng and suppliers
• Lead SPC activities to reduce variation across electrode operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-10 years of quality engineering in manufacturing
• BS in Materials Science, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Eng; advanced degree a plus
• Solid experience with SPC, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
• Strong aptitude with electronic test and measurement systems
• Proficiency reading mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
• 8D problem solving and statistics (DOE, Cpk, Ppk)
