Senior Quality Engineer, Pack

📋 Description

• Own and drive quality processes for pack assembly (Control Plans, PFMEAs)
• Lead change management and process development experiments
• Review PFMEAs and Control Plans after changes
• Identify and resolve manufacturing quality issues (root cause, corrective actions)
• Drive continuous improvement with Design/Manufacturing Engineering and Suppliers
• Lead SPC to reduce variation in manual assembly

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10 years in quality engineering in manufacturing
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related; advanced degree a plus
• Solid experience with SPC, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
• Strong aptitude with electronic test and measurement systems
• Proficiency in GD&T and dimensional inspection plans
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (JMP, R, Minitab)
