Senior Quality Engineer, Pack

📋 Description

• Own and drive quality processes for pack assembly (Control Plans, PFMEAs, test methods)
• Lead change management and execute process development experiments in the pack area
• Review PFMEAs and Control Plans to reflect changes and lessons learned
• Identify and resolve manufacturing quality issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement with Design/Manufacturing Engineering and external Suppliers
• Lead SPC activities to reduce variation in manual assembly processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10 years of quality engineering in manufacturing
• BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Materials; advanced degree a plus
• Solid SPC, PFMEA, and Control Plans experience
• Strong electronic test/measurement systems aptitude
• Proficient reading mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
• 8D problem solving and DOE/Cpk/Ppk stats
