Senior Quality Manager

📋 Description

• Own quality systems across the supply chain from materials to consumer.
• Build and run external audit programs with co-manufacturers.
• Stand up a consumer complaint management system end-to-end.
• Establish supplier qualification standards to meet 21 CFR Part 111.
• Create CAPA processes and track corrective actions with timelines.
• Develop quality metrics and reporting to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–7+ years in quality roles (dietary supplements/food/pharma); 1–3+ years leadership.
• Built or ran audit programs and supplier qualification systems.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111, GMP, CAPA, and complaint handling.
• Experience standing up consumer/quality systems from scratch.
• Strong investigation/root-cause analysis; bonus: oral pouch exp; QA certs.
