Supervise Quality Operations Specialists to maintain cGMP-based quality systems at Site Operations
Act as SME for 3-4 cGMP/QO systems and ensure 24/7 support for operations.
Provide quality oversight for Warehouse, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT.
Lead change management and batch record review/release processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site metrics and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or related field.
8+ years in a GxP environment with Quality Operations experience.
2+ years people management experience.
Strong knowledge of quality/compliance for APIs/Biologics; good decision making.
Excellent communication and ability to interface with auditors and management.
