📋 Description

• Research retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI aligned to roadmap
• Prototype ideas quickly and ship production-grade features
• Build backend and frontend systems; wear multiple hats as needed
• Own production reliability: on-call, incidents, monitoring
• Collaborate with product and design to shape AI tooling
• Write clean, performant code and contribute to the tech roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Python and/or Java programming
• Move fluidly between backend and frontend work
• Trusted expert handling ambiguous, complex tasks
• Comfortable reading AI/ML research; turn findings into prototypes
• Strong product and market awareness; judge emerging techniques
• SQL and data warehouses experience (BigQuery/Snowflake/Databricks)
