Senior Radio Frequency Engineer

📋 Description

• Own RF system characterization, validation, and debugging from early prototypes through production.
• Define validation plans, test methods, and acceptance criteria for conducted, radiated, and
• Characterize transmitter, receiver, antenna, coexistence, interference, desense, and OTA
• Develop repeatable test setups, fixtures, scripts, and automated measurement methods to improve
• Analyze RF performance data, identify failure modes and root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Guide RF-critical schematic and PCB design, including matching networks, grounding, shielding

🎯 Requirements

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant RF or wireless engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in RF system characterization, validation, debugging, and root-cause
• Background in conducted and radiated wireless testing, including transmitter performance, receiver
• Hands-on proficiency with RF lab equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNAs
• Familiarity with antenna and OTA measurements, including return loss, efficiency, radiation
