Senior Rails Developer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications within multi-tenant
• Develop and optimize integrations with external CRM systems and other third-party platforms using
• Build and maintain background jobs supporting data synchronization, order processing, and outbound
• Collaborate with team members to deliver new features and resolve technical challenges.
• Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests to ensure application reliability and code quality.
• Apply automated linting and other development quality controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience building and maintaining multi-tenant Rails applications and working with database
• Strong experience integrating external APIs and managing webhook-based data flows.
• Proficiency with background job frameworks such as ActiveJob and Sidekiq.
• Familiarity with modern Rails development practices, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with frontend build tools and modern web development practices.
