Senior Real Estate Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist Investment Sales Advisors in preparing investment memorandums and valuations.
• Analyze market rates, expenses, comparables, and trends for client materials.
• Prepare financial models including DCF, Direct Cap, and IRR.
• Analyze projections for acquisitions and dispositions to assess feasibility.
• Break down P&L statements and maintain real estate metrics databases.
• Prepare and present high-level presentations for internal/external clients.

🎯 Requirements

• General understanding of sales principles preferred.
• Experience with data analytics (demographics & trends) preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate value drivers and capital markets.
• Strong writing and data-visualization skills for diverse audiences.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
