📋 Description

• Maintain understanding of current and projected fleet growth.
• Lead planning and tracking for Zoox Service & Maintenance capacity.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Go-To-Market, and Fleet Ops on long-term capacity.
• Build robust models to evaluate capacity needs for stakeholders.
• Track Ops Infrastructure projects to ensure fleet sizing alignment.
• Refine capacity ratio targets with Zoox Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in capacity planning or operations analytics.
• Robust, dynamic models in Excel/Google Sheets or equivalents.
• Navigate ambiguity and consolidate data into one model.
• Create professional, executive-level presentations.
• MBA preferred or EV/AV industry experience.
