🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
5–8+ years in real estate development accounting; affordable housing exp.
Experience managing construction loan draws and budgets.
Knowledge of LIHTC transactions and affordable housing financing.
Proficiency in Yardi: job cost, GL, reporting.
Advanced Excel: pivots, lookups, modeling, budgeting.
