🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recommendation system engineering at consumer-scale internet companies.
• Led architecture refactoring or launches of real-time recommender systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals; proficient in Go/Java/C++ (Go preferred).
• Experience with Spark/Flink/Kafka; Milvus/Faiss deployment.
• Deep understanding of algorithms and online bottlenecks; system design.
• Proven ability to design high-performance recommendation platforms.
