• Proactively source candidates from a variety of places, including LinkedIn and other social media

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Passion for communicating and connecting with others, with demonstrated success engaging passive
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a collaborative and inclusive approach to work
