📋 Description

• Senior Recruiter to join People & Culture (Talent Acquisition).
• Focus on proactive, high-velocity sourcing for EMEA roles.
• Own full-cycle recruiting with business leaders across EMEA.
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent maps, and targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with VPs/Directors/Managers to forecast demand and define profiles.
• Drive structured, efficient hiring cycles and maintain candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in B2B SaaS, with cybersecurity/networking/cloud tech familiarity.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and discovery tools.
• Experience managing 8–12 concurrent searches with quality and time-to-fill goals.
• Proficiency in structured interviews, comp fundamentals, and complex offers.
