📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and workforce planning discussions through
• Lead recruitment efforts across Go-to-Market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring strategies
• Build role-specific sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals
• Create and maintain high-quality talent pipelines, including proactive engagement with passive
• Leverage knowledge of SaaS talent markets to identify and attract top-performing candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for Go-to-Market functions within a SaaS or high-growth technology
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates through direct outreach and talent mapping.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
