🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience recruiting across technical (Engineering, Product) and business (Sales, Marketing
• Partner with managers on talent strategy and selection processes.
• Strong understanding of structured interviewing, evaluation, and inclusive hiring.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools; AI tool usage with human judgment.
