📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including
• Develop and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple requisitions, balancing
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Reddit, job boards
• Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, assess team
• Manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate records, interview scheduling, and pipeline
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success hiring across both
• Previous in-house recruiting experience is required; agency recruiting experience is welcome as an
• Proven ability to independently manage high-volume requisition loads with strong ownership and
• Demonstrated focus on quality of hire rather than simply recruiting speed or volume, with evidence
• Strong proficiency with Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills when working with both

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $118,000–$160,000 across approved U.S. locations.
• Example location-based ranges include $139,000–$160,000 in NYC, Boston, and Los Angeles, and
