• Proactive sourcing; build pipelines from scratch.
• Closed candidates; comp conversations and counteroffers.
• Managed multiple searches and scalable processes.
• Administered Ashby (or Greenhouse/Lever) ATS.
• Fluent English; autonomous, proactive communicator; team player.
