📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech roles from intake to close
• Build creative sourcing for niche, hard-to-find profiles and pools others overlook
• Fast responses, honest communication, and thoughtful rejections
• Run Greenhouse as a power user: pipelines, scorecards, automation, reporting
• Lean into AI (Claude) to build searches, outreach, feedback, and automation
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen roles and keep searches moving with weekly updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting, with startup experience finding niche roles
• A sourcer at heart—build pipelines from scratch with creative search and outreach
• Track record of exceptional candidate experience and strong opinions on great
• Deep Greenhouse expertise: administered and optimized, not just logged feedback
• Strong AI fluency with Claude; AI daily in recruiting with measurable gains
• Excellent judgment reading candidate signals quickly for non-standard profiles
