🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets, with the flexibility to shift between
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
