📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end leadership recruitment across regions and functions
• Build talent pipelines via diverse sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and deliver top talent
• Use data-driven insights to track, report, optimize recruitment
• Collaborate with global TA teams to share best practices
• Manage senior-level hires (Directors/VPs) with global exposure

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in global recruitment; agency and in-house preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across levels and departments
• High proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing tools
• Data-driven with recruitment reporting and metrics
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate across time zones
• Right to work in India is required
