Senior Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own the recruiting cycle end to end for your searches, from sourcing and candidate engagement
• Build pipeline through creative sourcing across databases, referrals, events, and professional
• Partner with hiring managers across GTM, and occasionally other functions, to scope roles, set
• Stay embedded in the teams you hire for so you can speak to their work credibly with candidates
• Read the funnel and independently drive the fix when a search stalls, using metrics to locate the
• Keep candidate and search records accurate in our ATS and report on hiring progress to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with real depth in GTM hiring across sales
• Strong creative sourcing skills, with a track record of building pipeline for hard searches instead
• Experience recruiting at volume without letting candidate experience slip
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and hold a point of view with hiring managers
• Comfort with recruiting data, using funnel metrics to diagnose a search and change course
• Fluency with modern recruiting tooling, including an applicant tracking system and sourcing
