Senior Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting for all company roles, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with and advise hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles
• Develop and evolve our sourcing strategy across channels, functions, and candidate segments.
• Own and continuously evolve the candidate experience across the interview lifecycle.
• Partner with VP of People and leadership on headcount forecasting and hiring strategy tied to
• Oversee reference and background check processes and vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle and technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions (hourly, engineering, sales, G&A, etc).
• Ability to operate independently and drive searches with limited oversight.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously.
