🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Extensive experience recruiting across multiple functions in North America
• Executive presence and ability to engage senior leaders
• Strategic talent advisory and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage complex, independent searches and adapt processes
