• Senior, full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive sourcer; proven ability to find non-applicants.
• Closed candidates yourself: comp talks and counteroffers.
• Ran multiple searches at once with moving pipelines.
• Administered Ashby or similar ATS (Greenhouse/Lever).
• Meticulous, detail-obsessed; clean pipelines.
